I found my stay somewhat disappointing. My room was located directly below the restaurant called 7 painting. This resulted in considerable noise each night. The wait staff moved chairs and their footsteps created a disturbance. I had to complain (to get some peace).

WOW, what an lovely experience! The staff showed such very nice attention to detail. A driver from the hotel provided a great tour, including the rice terraces, a waterfall, a coffee factory, and a temple. I experienced the seven paintings dining option, super immersive and enjoyable.

The refrigerator was located outside the room near the pool bar. This required exiting the room to access drinks.

Staff members Lia, Vania, Nilam, Dian, and Utami was great to guarantee my visit was amazing, delivering service with attentiveness and genuine care. Atik streamlined my whole stay, to the time i left, and i was totally relaxed.

This hotel's position is perfect, close to everything and delivering tranquility. The setting is very appealing, near the center and also calm. I REALLY loved that it was beautiful, quiet, and right in the middle of town.

Breakfast had special views of the pool and palm trees. It was lovely. Many good dining options exist on-site, and nearby restaurants provided variety. In-house food tasted great and had many options.

The hotel features an awesome yoga teacher, Mr Putu. He engaged well with us and provided good guidance. I saw monkeys regularly. This added an exciting novelty to my visit. THE resort has a true resort feel.

The staff were very attentive. The bed was the comfiest bed I have EVER slept in.

I was VERY disappointed in the room. It seemed tired. I was placed in an old section of the resort next to the Japanese restaurant. I could hear the extraction fan running all the time and general noise from the restaurant until about 10pm (talk about ambiance).
